Yes, I am the broker who gives 110%. It’s a well-known expression, but for me it has a very personal meaning.

Before entering real estate, I had a long career in sports media, working in both radio and television. One of my most notable achievements was producing the iconic show 110%, which captivated and energized sports fans across Quebec in the 2000s. Since then, the nickname has followed me throughout my career — I became known as Mr. 110%.

After contributing to the broadcast of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, I decided to dedicate myself fully to another lifelong passion: real estate. As far back as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by everything related to the real estate market.

My background as a journalist and television producer developed my attention to detail and commitment to preparation. I come to every meeting well-informed, having thoroughly researched the market and property values. In short, I make sure I have a complete understanding of what is happening in my sector.

My true specialty is negotiation. Whether it’s selling your property for the best possible price and conditions, or helping you purchase the perfect home — your rare gem — at the best possible price, my goal is always the same: the complete satisfaction of my clients.

After receiving several awards and honors at RE/MAX, including induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, I chose to continue my career with eXp Realty, an international and rapidly growing brokerage.
